The healthy self is perfectly aligned. By this I mean that the emotional self is true to the rational self. And that these two selves are true to your spiritual self. When all your selves area aligned, you are connected to the Transcendent, the sacred source of our essence and our deeper connections to others.
But when either of these selves fall out of line with another, your physical self becomes ill with aches and pains, obesity, sleeplessness, or any number of symptoms of stress. The Transcendent becomes elusive. I am eager to help align your energies. Time and again, I have seen my clients become pain-free, lose weight, and sleep better after our sessions.
